The safeguarding of Children Young People and Adults at Risk is of the highest priority at Our Lady Help of Christians parish.
In the recruitment and training of volunteers and in developing good practice we follow the Guidelines of the Archdiocese of Birmingham who also offer comprehensive advice and support for those affected or troubled by abuse. If you have concerns about any situation which you believe may be putting you or someone else at risk of harm, please do not hesitate to contact the Parish Safeguarding Representative. Similarly, if you are feeling troubled by an abusive situation in the past, please contact the Safeguarding Representative to discuss your concerns.
Whether your concern relates to a current issue or a situation from the past, please be assured that you will be listened to and your concerns will be taken seriously and acted upon as necessary.
